The MAHAKAVI ANGANG-HAL SHEIRENG MANA was established by our club in the year 2017, on 125 Birth Anniversary of One & Only Epic Writer of Manipuri Literature Hijam Angang-hal (Writer of Great epic KHAMBA THOIBI SHEIRENG). And present on Manipuri Poetry Day. The Award value of this award is 25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand).
